At Nawa& (operated by A AlAgha LLC), we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your snacking experience. However, given the nature of our products (food items), we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with. Returns are only accepted if the product is:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly issue a refund or exchange in the following cases:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong items, please notify us immediately so we can correct the mistake.
- Quality Issues: If you believe there is a quality issue with the product, please contact our support team.
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
